Announcing ring3k-0.0.10.tar.gz

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce ring3k 0.0.10 is now available.

In this release, I have added a replacement winlogon.exe that can run a
command prompt over a serial port.  This should be a valuable too in getting
an interactive command prompt working in ring3k.   You can test the program
(found in ring3k/tools/winlogon.exe) by copying it over
c:\winnt\system32\winlogon.exe on a QEMU image, then booting, and switching
to the serial console with <alt><ctrl><3>.
