SiI3112 RAID1 driver for Kernel 2.4.21-138-default

Is there a driver available for my Linux kernel 2.4.21-138-default
hat supports RAID1 at a Silicon Image 3112 on board controller?

The compiled drivers from SI download page are for the default kernel of 
SUSE 8.2 and do not work on my current installation.
But what me surprises is that a boot form original 8.2 CD and use of the 
downloaded driver the RAID1 is also not recognized.
