It seems that having Joe as sole controling party (sysop) for the wiki
is a continuation of the single point of failure model we are trying
to avoid.
I would suggest that, the real decision to be made is not what the
site should like, but what infrastructure to put in place to enable
people with time and enthusiasm to contribute to do so.
I think a wiki is a good idea but we need to have at least a few
people with admin rights so that we are not relying on one person to
keep on top of all the admin duties.
