Rant 2: oh dear, it's another Ubuntu x.10 release

Anyway guys, it's only Netbook Remix, and I guess the Intel video
driver thing still hasn't settled down.

But given that said Intel driver "issue" was a *major* focus of
development, and given that they've touted a 'production quality
release candidate' suitable for 'testing by all', and it won't even
boot on the *most common* bog standard Intel netbook hardware
platform, I think a little rant is justified!

I finally got UNR booting under KVM using 'std vga' graphics, and
although it's vaguely pretty, I think I actually prefer the 9.04
interface anyway, so the netbook shall remain with that for now :-)

The next step is to spin up the 64-bit main release on a 64-bit KVM
guest and see how it plays. I want to be absolutely sure that it
actually works properly before I risk upgrading my main desktop....
