Search for "reply-to munging" and read the arguments for and against
this, unless you already have.  It's good to understand why some lists
do this and others don't.

Personally I consider reply-to munging to be harmful.  Also, I use
mail clients that handle lists fairly well, so I'm happy the way it
is.
