Newbie's troubles with Fedora

Normally Fedora would have set up a Grub entry to allow you to boot  
back into your Vista installation.  If this is the case then as soon  
as you see the initial fedora boot menu (with a 3 second countdown on  
it) press space.  You should be taken to a grub menu which hopefully  
has a set of different boot options, one of which should be to boot  
your windows installation.

If you don't see this then if you post the contents of /boot/grub/ 
grub.conf we might be able to figure out what to put to add your  
windows install to the boot options.

As for skype - you can run this from within Fedora if you want to.   
This guide gives you the details of how to add the skype repository to  
your list of repositories and then install skype from it.
