I feel like an utter *** for doing this, but office refurbishment's gone 
over time and I'm not going to be able to make it after all... 
notwithstanding still suffering from a twisted ankle which makes 
standing for any length of time difficult. I'll have to make up for it

really sorry for this, if I tried to get out of it I'd be getting some
