JOB

hi,

I am recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Job in Cambridge.  

The role will involve providing 1st Line support by phone and in-person
to the Cambridge office and may call for some travel to other regional
offices too.  Part of the job will also include installing, setting up
and troubleshooting all aspects of user desktops, software and phone
systems.  

You must have outstanding communication skills with a good telephone
manner and strong relationship building skills as the role involves
liaison with a number of suppliers e.g. ordering hardware etc.

Previous 1st line IT support experience is desirable but not essential.
You should have knowledge of Windows and Linux, an understanding of
networks is also preferable.
