Having googled such exciting search strings as 
"Section 6 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967"
and 
"Section 367 of the Communications Act 2003" 
there is definitely a legal requirement for retailers to provide a name
and address and so (presumably) giving a false one would be some sort
of offence.  I dunno, IANAL.
