Update:

I have figured out their mail processing system.. after 2 emails to 
enquiries.

forward:enquiries at matrix.co.uk > /dev/null

It's really a disappointment for a company of this caliber to act in 
this manner.  So I  am looking at 'going it alone' as they dont seem 
interested in public relations.
