Well, for what it's worth, I've admin access (don't know how many others
have), so I've posted a "We're still alive" message, and subbed and
approved an article by Thomas that had been languishing in the edit
queue for ages.  That at least gives us more of a semblance of life.

I'm over-committed as it is, what with family and with work for my
current client, so can't really take "ownership" of the site, but if
people want to post news and/or articles, and need them approved for
publication, please email me at this address (the green-lines email
address).  I'll check the "pending" queue, and approve anything that's
not too offensive to people, small mammals or the English language.  If
you'd like the article proof-read and sub-edited before approval, please
say so, and I'll take care of it.

It's not a solution, but it's a start.
